There are four steps in the design process. 

Discovery: Based on your goals, we work together to determine the right messaging, structure and features to reach your target audience. 

Design: We start by developing a siteplan for the website, and a wireframe layout for your new homepage. Once that layout is approved, we create and agree to layouts for the interior pages.

Development. We input page content, build forms, add image galleries, and install other features to accomplish your goals. 

Testing and Launch. We’ll make sure security and backup features are in place, check display on various browsers and devices, test all the links, and take your site live on the web! You’ll receive 30 days of free standard maintenance following launch.

We start with a comprehensive inquiry form that allows you to provide information about your site’s goals and messaging for your target audience. Once we understand your goals, we’ll develop a site plan to clarify your content sections and help you organize the content for your pages. We’ll then propose structure, functionality and design for your homepage and interior pages.

Our website options start with a $1000 one-page “Instant Upgrade” website, Full site packages (starting at 3-5 pages) start at $3,00. Like when buying a new car, website cost depends upon the features and add-ons that you require.

WordPress is respected and recommended worldwide for its built-in SEO capabilities, robust functionality, flexibility, and ease of use. You can make your own text edits and additions once the site is set up (I’ll show you how).

If you have an existing website WordPress or otherwise, we can work together to improve it once we move it to WordPress. I’ve moved several sites from Wix and other platforms with great success.

We will recommend a trusted hosting provider and set up your site hosting.

Once you provide your finalized content (text and images) you can expect your new site to be live in about 8-10 weeks.

Absolutely! Your new site will be mobile-responsive, meaning that site formatting will adjust automatically to display your content so it looks great on the most widely used devices – including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

It’s crucial to keep your website up to date, backed-up, and secure. We offer a basic monthly maintenance plan that handles all three of these things for $50/month. Our more robust plan includes up to 30 minutes of edits and troubleshooting each month, for $100/month.

Your new website needs well-crafted messaging and clear copy to connect with your audience. You can either write the copy yourself, or we can refer you to a trusted web content writer.

Good news! We can design your new logo or redesign/adjust your existing one. If you love your current logo, we’ll use it. The photography we use on your site may be a combination of images we purchase, images you already have, or new photos we capture.

Yes! We can design all sorts of branded print materials to support your business, including business cards, brochures, mailers, and exhibit materials.

You own all of the files we create for your business. We may display your website or design work on our website portfolio page.

Absolutely! We can design a branded email template in Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Emma, or other common email tools you use to communicate with customers.
