Streamlining and automating business tasks can save you time and money.
I recently started using these online business apps to run my business. They’re amazing!
1. Harvest. I have a paid account with Harvest, which helps me to quickly create online estimates that look good and make it easy for clients to approve, with just a click of a button. I can also send online invoices that link to my Stripe or PayPal account. Getting paid is a breeze. If you’ve ever had checks get lost in the mail, you know what I mean!
2. QuickBooks online. I’ve used Quickbooks for my business since the start, but resisted moving from my desktop version to the cloud until now. With my move to the online version, it’s clear how much more information I can see and access (there’s great visual display of the dashboard), and it also syncs with online payments that are received via Stripe or PayPal. Now I can see my info from anywhere, on any device. There’s an annual subscription fee, but it’s definitely worth it.
3. Proposify. Looking for a way to create online proposals that look great and are completely customizable to your branding? Proposify is a great option. For a small monthly fee, you can work on a template, change the default wording, and set up your own multi-page proposal that can be easily tweaked to new client project specs.
4. Calendly. An online software program that helps you easily schedule meetings and appointments without the usual back & forth on email. The paid version also allows you to accept online payments, if you need a prepaid option for scheduling consultations or meetings.
